BTESA recognize the importance of providing total customer support -from the initial enquiry to final commissioning and installation and beyond- if it is to succeed and grow in the highly competitive market. This commitment with customers is shown throughout a variety of services: training courses , maintenance and after sale services , urgent spare delivery , etc
The after-sales department is composed by experimented engineers capable of solving any question related with the transmitter functioning and its possible faults and repairing. For a full time customers service, work shifts are agreed among the personnel. The first contact will be made via telephone or email, and if necessary, a visit to site will be arranged to solve the problem.
Moreover, since each and every one of the modules and circuits that compose the transmitter have been designed by the R&D department engineers, any doubt or customized solution can be solved inside the company in the quickest and most efficient way: by the own designer.
During the last 10 years, BTESA has provided training to more than 200 of its customers’ technicians. These courses have been done either in BTESA factory, or in the customer’s premises.
Technicians are given a personalized training. If the group is too big, it will be split the groups, each of them supervised by a teacher. For this, also enough transmitters and measuring benches will be prepared so that only small groups work on each of them.
The training programs are adapted to the technical level of the technicians. They normally have some first theoretical courses so that the trainees have a common knowledge ground, and then the training program will be mainly practical.
The most important feature of the trainings made in BTESA factory is that since each and every one of the modules and circuits that compose the transmitter have been designed by the R&D department engineers, any doubt can be solved by the own designer. Moreover, the trainees can check all the procedures followed in the factory, from the adjustment of each circuit and module to the final quality adjustment of the whole transmitter.
